Shipping is charged on all our items, unless marked otherwise, and will be calculated and added to your order whilst you’re in the checkout area.
If an order is placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday, our delivery time is normally 3-5 working days, within mainland England and Wales by APC Couriers. Orders placed over the weekend may have a slightly longer delivery time. Occasionally, adverse weather conditions (usually snow and ice) can affect delivery times. If this is the case we will notify you and do our best to advise an appropriate lead time.
If you’re not home, we could always leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour of your choice. This applies to items that do not require a signature only.
Our carriers deliver between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. For an additional fee, we can offer delivery on an AM or PM slot, or between a specific time range i.e. between 10.00am and 2.00pm. If you would be interested in either of these options please contact our office on 01282 478200 to find out the additional charge.
Delivery charges will be calculated when the order is placed. If ‘Free Delivery’ is stated then delivery will be free however there are certain areas of the UK where surcharges will still be applied. Areas include Isle of Wight, Grampians, Highlands, Some areas of Scotland and other areas outside of UK mainland.

Delivery of larger items:
For items that require a two-man delivery i.e. Kamado Egg Grill, we will use our nominated carrier.
For these items delivery is within 5 working days. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
NB: For deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Grampians, Highlands or outside UK Mainland there maybe a possible surcharge. Please contact us on 01282 478200 or email email@example.com and we will advise you of the shipping cost.
For any returns or questions regarding our products please contact us on 01282 478200 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. For non-faulty products being returned, we are happy to discuss the item although we would expect you to organise the return and charges at your own expense.
Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt/invoice within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
